Key investment information sheet template
Draft. This text is still being prepared with legal counsel and will be replaced before the first offer opens.
The key investment information sheet template for project owners (CNPF Decision No. 50/8/2024, p. 29, Annex No. 1). The funding application is filed through the platform together with the completed sheet (p. 31). Write clearly and briefly, without technical terms where everyday words will do (p. 30). The sheet takes at most six A4 pages in each language.
The platform itself prints the header, both warnings, the figures of the offer and of the loan, the payment schedule, the credit risk category and the list of documents. The project owner writes the sections marked "the owner writes" below.
