The law requires the platform to know who invests. The check takes about 10 minutes: your details, a short questionnaire and a photo of your ID. Our compliance team usually answers within one or two business days.

Once verified, the Wallet shows the payment partner's account and your payment code. Make a bank transfer with that code in the payment details, from an account in your own name. The money appears in your wallet once the bank confirms the transfer.

The money moves from your wallet to the campaign's separate account at the payment partner. If the campaign reaches its threshold, you sign the loan agreement and the money goes to the project; if not, it comes back to your wallet in full.

Yes, without giving a reason, within the cooling-off period: the deadline is shown next to the reservation in My investments. The amount goes straight back to your wallet.

Each campaign sets its own minimum, shown on the campaign card.

Campaigns are in EUR. Your wallet at the payment partner is in EUR as well.

No entry or holding fees for investors on the first campaigns. Any fee is stated on the campaign page before you reserve.

Every reservation is released back to your wallet in full. No contract is signed and nothing is charged.

Within the cooling-off period you can withdraw a reservation without reason. After the contract is signed the loan runs to its term; a secondary market is planned later.

Interest is income in your country of tax residence. You receive a yearly statement of interest paid to declare it.
